CAN I RETURN THE WALLPAPER?
As our wallpapers are custom-made to fit your wall, they cannot be returned.
However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WALLPAPER?
Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labour or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation and making sure the product is not faulty or damaged. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installation and advise that you use a professional wallpaper installer for this process.
